Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect from sellers

• Name, email address, and login details (including Google sign-in).
• Shop details: shop name, web address, WhatsApp number, contact email, logo, banner, and product information.
• Payment gateway and courier API keys you connect, used only to create checkouts and shipments for your shop.
• Pro plan payment records.

2. Data we collect from buyers

When you order from a seller's shop, we collect your name, email, phone number, and delivery address on behalf of that seller, only to process and deliver your order and send order updates such as tracking details.

3. How we use data

• To provide, secure, and improve the service.
• To process orders, payments, and deliveries.
• To send account, order, and service emails.

We never sell, rent, or lease personal data to anyone.

4. Who processes data for us

We use trusted providers to run the service: Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery), Supabase (database, login, and file storage), and payment gateways and couriers chosen by each seller (such as CHIP, ToyyibPay, Billplz, senangPay, Stripe, and EasyParcel). Each receives only what it needs.

5. Security and retention

Data is sent over encrypted connections and access is restricted so each seller can only see their own shop's data. We keep data while your account is active and as required by law, then delete it.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing contact@sitelaju.com. Buyers may also contact the seller they ordered from directly.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and make the site work. We do not use advertising cookies.

8. Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a new date.
